Ivy fashion was popular in Japan in the 1960s. About 10 years later, the preppy style was born as a spinoff of Ivy. However, there are many different types of preppy, and people have different opinions on whether it is a fashion or a mindset. So what exactly is preppy? Our editorial team traveled to America to find the answer.

In the first feature, "Preppy Special," we interviewed Rowing Blazers designer Jack Carlson and six other people who embody preppy, and asked them to talk about what they think of preppy. In addition, we visited preppy shops, interviewed moccasin shoemakers "Rancourt" and "Quoddy," and other in-depth content that could only be obtained by going to America. In the second feature, "My Subscriptions for Enjoying Alone," we asked the 2nd generation to tell us the subscription works they really watch and recommend. We will introduce a variety of new and old works, and we will introduce 30 masterpieces selected from a large number of surveys.
