All started with Lewis's piece on Richard Pryor then the idea came to do a series of who I consider to be the top greatest comedians of all-time no longer alive. So I landed on Joan Rivers, one of the first super witty R-Rated woman comedian and what an amazing talent which led to opening doors  for all the present female comedians. George Carlin - one of the very first politic yet super smart funny male comedian. Richard Pryor's resume speaks for itself. Then Redd Foxx what else needs to be said. Simply amazing.
